Transliteration

vratopavāmaniyamaṃ patimullaṃghya yā caret | āyuṣyaṃ harate bharturmṛtā nirayamṛcchati

Translation

ခင်ပွန်းကို မလေးစားဘဲ ဝရတ (vrata)၊ အစာရှောင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် နိယမ (niyama) ကို လုပ်ဆောင်သော မိန်းမသည် ခင်ပွန်း၏ အသက်တမ်းကို လျော့နည်းစေသည်ဟု ဆိုကြပြီး၊ သေပြီးနောက် နရကသို့ ရောက်သည်။
