vāmena pāṇinā śiśnaṃ dhṛtvottiṣṭhetprayatnavān | atho mṛdaṃ samādadyājjaṃtukarkkaravarjitām

Translation

သတိထားသူသည် ဘယ်လက်ဖြင့် အင်္ဂါကို ကိုင်ထားကာ ကြိုးစား၍ ထရမည်။ ထို့နောက် သန့်စင်ရန်အတွက် ပိုးမွှားနှင့် ကျောက်စရစ် မပါသော မြေမှုန့်ကို ယူရမည်။
