မိန်းမတို့သည် တီရ္ထ (tīrtha) သန့်ရှင်းရာဌာနများကို သွားရောက်ဝတ်ပြုခြင်းနှင့် စေဝါပြုခြင်းကို မနှစ်သက်တော့မည်။ အစားအစာကို အလွန်အကျွံစားသောက်ပြီး အိပ်စက်ခြင်းများစွာကြောင့် မောဟိုင်းလိမ့်မည်။
