सूत उवाच । विदर्भविषये पूर्वमासीदेको द्विजोत्तमः । वेदमित्र इति ख्यातो वेद शास्त्रार्थवित्सुधीः
sūta uvāca | vidarbhaviṣaye pūrvamāsīdeko dvijottamaḥ | vedamitra iti khyāto veda śāstrārthavitsudhīḥ
စူတက ဆိုသည်– “ယခင်က ဝိဒರ್ಭဒေသ၌ ဒွိဇအထွတ်အမြတ်တစ်ဦး နေထိုင်ခဲ့သည်။ ‘ဝေဒမိတ္တ’ ဟူ၍ ကျော်ကြားပြီး၊ ဉာဏ်ပညာပြည့်ဝကာ ဝေဒနှင့် သာස්တရတို့၏ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကို သိမြင်သူဖြစ်၏။”
