Suta (narrator) / Purana narrator (contextual narration of events)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes disciplined daily dharma: after the goddess proceeds to Gautama’s hermitage, the others immediately turn toward Sandhyā worship, showing that sacred routine (nitya-karma) is upheld even amid unfolding events.
Bhakti is expressed here as steady, time-bound worship—Sandhyā-vandana performed with reverence. The verse highlights devotion as consistency in daily sacred duties, not only extraordinary acts.
Ritual discipline and correct observance of Sandhyā-vandana (a key nitya rite) are implied—knowledge of proper timing and procedure aligned with Vedic practice, closely connected with Kalpa (ritual application).
