यंत्रमेतत्समालिख्य निराहारो जितेंद्रियः । कपेः प्राणान्प्रतिष्टाप्य पूजयेत्तद्यथाविधि ॥ ६८ ॥

yaṃtrametatsamālikhya nirāhāro jiteṃdriyaḥ | kapeḥ prāṇānpratiṣṭāpya pūjayettadyathāvidhi || 68 ||

Translation

ဤသန့်ရှင်းသော ယန္တရကို သေချာစွာရေးဆွဲပြီး အစာရှောင်ကာ အင်ဒြိယများကို ထိန်းချုပ်၍ ကပိ၏ ပရాణ (အသက်ဝင်တည်ရှိမှု) ကို တည်ထောင်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် နည်းလမ်းအတိုင်း ပူဇော်ရမည်။
