तर्जनीभ्यां नयेत्स्कन्धौ प्रोक्ता चान्त्रणमुद्रि का । हस्तावूर्द्ध्वमुखौ कृत्वा तले संयोज्य मध्यमे ॥ ४१ ॥
tarjanībhyāṃ nayetskandhau proktā cāntraṇamudri kā | hastāvūrddhvamukhau kṛtvā tale saṃyojya madhyame || 41 ||
လက်ညှိုးနှစ်ချောင်းဖြင့် ပခုံးများသို့ ထိညွှန်စေရာ၊ ဤသည်ကို အာန္တရဏ-မုဒြာ (Āntraṇa-mudrā) ဟု ကြေညာထားသည်။ ထို့နောက် လက်များကို အပေါ်မျက်နှာမူအောင်လှန်၍ လက်ဖဝါးနှစ်ဖက်ကို အလယ်၌ ပေါင်းစည်းရမည်။
