Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in the Vedanga/ritual-technical section)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches disciplined mantra-sādhana: internalizing the Name into its tattva, sanctifying the body through nyāsa, sustaining the mind with dhyāna, and completing practice through a prescribed count of japa (lakṣa).
Bhakti here takes a technical form—devotion expressed as steady remembrance: the Name is installed (nyāsa), contemplated (dhyāna), and lovingly repeated (japa) in a regulated way to stabilize the heart in the deity/mantra.
It highlights ritual procedure and mantra-application: kramāt (proper sequencing) of nyāsa locations (mūrdha-ādi), and the sādhana-standard of lakṣa-japa, reflecting the technical discipline typical of Vedāṅga-informed practice.
