Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
कूर्मेशः कमठीयुक्तो भूतमात्रैकनेत्रकः । लम्बोदर्या चतुर्वक्त्रो ह्यजेशो द्राविणीयुतः ॥ ११२ ॥
kūrmeśaḥ kamaṭhīyukto bhūtamātraikanetrakaḥ | lambodaryā caturvaktro hyajeśo drāviṇīyutaḥ || 112 ||
သူသည် «ကူර්မေဣရှ» (Kūrmeśa) — လိပ်ရုပ်ဖြင့် ထင်ရှားသော အရှင် — ဖြစ်၏။ လိပ်ရုပ်၏ အင်အားဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံပြီး သတ္တဝါတို့အနက် တစ်မျက်စိရှိသူ၊ ဝမ်းဗိုက်ကြီးလျားသူ၊ မျက်နှာလေးဖက်ရှိသူ၊ အဇ (Ajā) ဟူသော မမွေးဖွားသူ၏ အရှင်—ဗြဟ္မာ—ဖြစ်၏။ ထို့ပြင် စည်းစိမ်ချမ်းသာ၏ ဒေဝီ «ဒြာဝိဏီ» (Drāviṇī) က အဖော်အပါအဖြစ် လိုက်ပါ၏။
