तत्रस्थामृतसंमग्नीकृत्यात्मानं विभावयेत् । तत्प्रभापटलव्याप्तैविमलं चिन्मयं परम् ॥ ७२ ॥
tatrasthāmṛtasaṃmagnīkṛtyātmānaṃ vibhāvayet | tatprabhāpaṭalavyāptaivimalaṃ cinmayaṃ param || 72 ||
ထိုနေရာ၌ စိတ်ကိုတည်ငြိမ်စေ၍ အတ္တကို အမృత (အာနန္ဒရည်) ထဲ၌ မြုပ်နှံနေသကဲ့သို့ ဆင်ခြင်ရမည်။ ထိုအမြင့်ဆုံး အလင်းရောင်၏ မိုးကာကွယ်လွှမ်းမိုးမှုကြောင့် အညစ်အကြေးကင်းသော၊ သိမြင်မှုသဘာဝဖြစ်သော၊ အလွန်မြင့်မြတ်သည့် တတ္တဝါကို သိမြင်ရ၏။

It instructs a direct contemplative method: visualize the Self immersed in amṛta (immortal bliss) and recognize the pure, supreme consciousness (cinmaya param) revealed by the pervading radiance of Brahman.
Though primarily jñāna-dhyāna in tone, it supports bhakti by focusing the mind on “That” (tat)—the Supreme—whose radiance pervades everything; sustained loving absorption naturally matures into one-pointed devotion and inner surrender.
It emphasizes applied dhyāna-yoga as a disciplined mental practice—using precise visualization (vibhāvayet) and steady placement of attention (tatra)—a practical method often paired with mantra and correct recitation taught alongside Vedanga-oriented instruction.
