तलपाकलसंज्ञश्च सकलश्चेति नामतः । तत्राद्यो मलसंयुक्तो मलकर्मयुतः परः ॥ १७ ॥
talapākalasaṃjñaśca sakalaśceti nāmataḥ | tatrādyo malasaṃyukto malakarmayutaḥ paraḥ || 17 ||
၎င်းတို့ကို အမည်အားဖြင့် «တလပာကလ» (Talapākala) နှင့် «စကလ» (Sakala) ဟု ခေါ်ကြသည်။ ထိုအနက် ပထမတစ်မျိုးသည် «မလ» အညစ်အကြေးနှင့် ဆက်စပ်ပြီး၊ ဒုတိယတစ်မျိုးသည် မလနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော ကర్మအလုပ်များနှင့် ဆက်နွယ်သည်။
