Suta
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It frames the teaching as a living guru–disciple dialogue: after hearing the glory of Bhagavān’s bhakti, Nārada’s joy matures into inquiry, showing that devotion naturally leads to deeper questioning and clarity.
Bhakti is presented as powerful enough to awaken inner delight (prīti) and propel sincere seeking; Nārada’s repeated questioning indicates that devotion is not passive emotion but an active pursuit of understanding guided by realized teachers like Sanaka.
No specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is taught in this line; instead, it emphasizes the method of śravaṇa (hearing) and praśna (proper inquiry), which underlies effective study of all śāstras.
