यद्यत्पश्यति तत्सर्वं पश्येदात्मवदात्मनि । प्रत्याहृतानीन्द्रियाणि धारयेत्सा तु धारणा ॥ ३२ ॥
yadyatpaśyati tatsarvaṃ paśyedātmavadātmani | pratyāhṛtānīndriyāṇi dhārayetsā tu dhāraṇā || 32 ||
မည်သည့်အရာကို မြင်သော်လည်း အားလုံးကို အတ္တမန်အတွင်း၌ အတ္တမန်၏ သဘောတရားအဖြစ် မြင်ရမည်။ အင်္ဒြိယများကို ပြန်ဆုတ်ထားပြီး စိတ်ကို တည်ငြိမ်စွာ ထိန်းထားခြင်းသည် ‘ဓာရဏာ’ (အာရုံစိုက်ခြင်း) ဖြစ်သည်။
