Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama
अमृतापिधानमसि भोज्यान्तेऽपः सकृत्पिबेत् । प्राणाद्या आहुतीर्दत्त्वाचम्य भोजनमाचरेत् ॥ ८२ ॥
amṛtāpidhānamasi bhojyānte'paḥ sakṛtpibet | prāṇādyā āhutīrdattvācamya bhojanamācaret || 82 ||
“သင်သည် အမရိတ၏ ဖုံးအုပ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်၏” ဟု ရွတ်ဆိုကာ အစာစားပြီးဆုံးချိန်တွင် ရေကို တစ်ကြိမ်သာ စုပ်သောက်ရမည်။ ထို့နောက် ပရာဏ မန္တရမှ စ၍ အာဟုတိများ ပူဇော်ကာ အာချမန ပြု၍ အစာစားပွဲဆိုင်ရာ အကျင့်ကို သင့်တော်စွာ ပြီးစီးစေရမည်။

It sacralizes eating as a disciplined rite: the meal is sealed with mantra, purified by ācamana, and harmonized through prāṇāhuti—linking nourishment to prāṇa and inner purity.
By treating even ordinary acts like eating as offerings and mantra-infused discipline, it supports bhakti through constant remembrance and reverent conduct rather than mere ritualism.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) and śikṣā/mantra-prayoga are implied: correct sequencing—mantra utterance, single sip, prāṇa-related offerings, then ācamana—defines proper daily ācāra.
