Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches a structured daily sādhana where meditation (dhyāna) leads into mantra-repetition (japa), and the practitioner’s mind is trained to remain absorbed in the Lord throughout the day.
Bhakti is shown as more than emotion: it is steady remembrance—doing japa with a mind ‘tad-gata’ (fixed on Him), supported by regular timings and disciplined posture.
It reflects practical kalpa-oriented ritual discipline: time-based observance (morning, midday, evening) and prescribed bodily posture (standing/seated) as part of regulated daily practice.
