Māsopavāsa (Month-long Fast) and Repeated Parāka Observances: Procedure and Fruits
चतुः कृत्वः कृतं येन पाराकं मुनिसत्तम । स लभेत्परमं पुण्यमष्टान्गिष्टोमसंभवम् ॥ १५ ॥
catuḥ kṛtvaḥ kṛtaṃ yena pārākaṃ munisattama | sa labhetparamaṃ puṇyamaṣṭāngiṣṭomasaṃbhavam || 15 ||
အို မုနိသတ္တမ၊ «ပါရာက» အစာရှောင်ခြင်းကို လေးကြိမ် ဆောင်ရွက်သူသည် အမြင့်မြတ်ဆုံး ကုသိုလ်ကို ရရှိပြီး၊ «အင်္ဂိဿ္ဌောမ» (အဂ္နိဿ္ဌောမ) ယဇ္ဉ ရှစ်ကြိမ်မှ ထွက်ပေါ်သော အကျိုးနှင့် တူညီသည်။
