Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhayanaka
Secondary Rasa: raudra
It frames betrayal of trust, violation of maryādā (moral/social boundaries), and greed as serious adharma that leads to painful karmic results, urging self-restraint and integrity.
Bhakti is grounded in purity of conduct; this verse implies that devotion to the Divine must be supported by truthfulness, honoring trust, and non-greed—otherwise one’s spiritual life is undermined by adharma.
While not a technical Vedanga lesson, it reflects Dharmic application—sadācāra (right conduct) and maryādā—principles that guide ritual and social life so that karma and worship remain spiritually effective.
