Dharmopadeśa-Śānti: Rules of Impurity, Expiations, and Ancestor Rites
पूर्वं कृत्वा द्विजः शौचं पश्चादप उपस्पृशेत् । अहोरात्रोषितो भूत्वा पञ्चगव्येन शुध्यति ॥ ५ ॥
pūrvaṃ kṛtvā dvijaḥ śaucaṃ paścādapa upaspṛśet | ahorātroṣito bhūtvā pañcagavyena śudhyati || 5 ||
အရင်ဆုံး ဒွိဇသည် ရှောချ (śauca) ကို ပြု၍ ကိုယ်သန့်ရှင်းစေပြီးနောက် ရေကိုထိကာ အာချမန (ācamana) ဖြင့် သန့်စင်ရမည်။ တစ်နေ့တစ်ည မသန့်အဖြစ် နေခဲ့လျှင် ပဉ္စဂဝျ (pañcagavya) ဖြင့် သန့်စင်လာသည်။
