मेषप्रवेशे सेनानीः कर्कटे सस्यपो भवेत् । समोद्यधीश्वरः सूर्यो मध्यमश्चोत्तमो विधुः ॥ २ ॥

Transliteration

meṣapraveśe senānīḥ karkaṭe sasyapo bhavet | samodyadhīśvaraḥ sūryo madhyamaścottamo vidhuḥ || 2 ||

Translation

နေက မေဿ (Aries) သို့ ဝင်သည့်အခါ စစ်တပ်ခေါင်းဆောင် (စေနာနီ) ပေါ်ထွန်းမည်ဟု ဆိုသည်။ ကရ்கဋ (Cancer) သို့ ဝင်သည့်အခါ စိုက်ပျိုးသီးနှံတို့၏ အရှင်၊ လယ်ယာအုပ်စိုးသူ ပေါ်လာမည်။ နေသည် သမုဒ္ဒရာ၏ အရှင်ဖြစ်လာပြီး၊ လသည် အင်အားအလယ်အလတ်ဖြစ်ကာ နောက်တဖန် အထူးကောင်းမြတ်၍ အလွန်မင်္ဂလာရှိလာသည်။
