तथा विकारनाशाभ्यां वर्णानां यत्र नारद । धातोर्योगातिशयी च संयोगः परिकीर्तितः ॥ ३ ॥
tathā vikāranāśābhyāṃ varṇānāṃ yatra nārada | dhātoryogātiśayī ca saṃyogaḥ parikīrtitaḥ || 3 ||
ထို့အတူ၊ အို နာရဒာ၊ အက္ခရာများတွင် ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းနှင့် ဖျက်လှစ်ကျခြင်းတို့ ရှိရာ၊ ထို့ပြင် ဓာတု (dhātu) နှင့် ပေါင်းစည်းရာမှ ဖြစ်ပေါ်သော အလွန်ပြင်းထန်သည့် ဆက်စပ်မှု (sandhi) ရှိရာကို ‘သံယောဂ’ (saṃyoga) ဟု ကြေညာကြ၏။
