मया पृष्टो हुतवहः कोऽस्या भर्तेति पार्थिव ।
भविता तेन चाप्युक्तो भवान् एव अद्य वै वरः ॥
mayā pṛṣṭo hutavahaḥ ko 'syā bharteti pārthiva / bhavitā tena cāpy ukto bhavān evādya vai varaḥ
«အို မင်းကြီး၊ ငါသည် ဟုတဝဟ (အဂ္နိ) ကို ‘သူမ၏ ခင်ပွန်းသည် မည်သူနည်း’ ဟု မေးခဲ့၏။ ထိုအခါ သူက ‘ယနေ့ သင်ကိုယ်တိုင်ပင် သူမ၏ သတို့သား ဖြစ်သည်’ ဟု ပြန်ဆို၏»။
