मार्कण्डेय उवाच तेनैवं व्याहृते शापे रेवत्यृक्षं पपात ह ।
पश्यतः सर्वलोकस्य विस्मयाविष्टचेतसः ॥
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca tenaivaṃ vyāhṛte śāpe revatyṛkṣaṃ papāta ha / paśyataḥ sarvalokasya vismayāviṣṭacetasaḥ
မာရ္ကဏ္ဍေယ (Mārkaṇḍeya) က ပြောသည်– «ထိုကျိန်စာကို ထိုသို့ ထုတ်ဆိုလိုက်သောအခါ၊ လူအပေါင်းတို့ ကြည့်ရှုနေစဉ် အံ့ဩခြင်းဖြင့် စိတ်များ ဖမ်းဆီးခံရလျက် ရေဝတီ-ဝက်ဝံ (Revatī အဖြစ် ṛkṣa) သည် ကျဆင်းသွား၏»။
