FAQs

One should not merely inherit prestige but amplify it through personal excellence; lineage is treated as a trust (ṛṇa-like obligation) to be strengthened by virtue, not passively enjoyed.

Vaṃśa/vaṃśānucarita sensibility (lineage and the deeds that sustain it): it reinforces how Purāṇas connect personal dharma to the continuity of family and social order.

‘Fame’ can symbolize the luminous residue of dharmic action (puṇya-kīrti). Increasing it implies refining one’s inner radiance so that it becomes a beacon for others.
