दमयतन्निव दम्यानि शश्चद्‌ भारं विवर्धयेत्‌ । मृदुपूर्व प्रयत्नेन पाशानभ्यवहारयेत्‌

Transliteration

damayatann iva damyāni śaścad bhāraṁ vivardhayet | mṛdu-pūrva-prayatnena pāśān abhyavahārayet ||

Translation

ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «လူတစ်ယောက်က ဝန်ထမ်းခိုင်းရန် နွားကလေးများကို လေ့ကျင့်ရာတွင် အစမှာ သေချာစွာ ထိန်းညှိကာ ဦးဆောင်ပြီး၊ ထို့နောက်မှသာ ဝန်ကို တဖြည်းဖြည်း တိုးမြှင့်သကဲ့သို့၊ အုပ်ချုပ်သူသည်လည်း အစတွင် အခွန်ဝန်ကို ပေါ့ပါးစွာထား၍ နောက်မှသာ အနည်းငယ်စီ တိုးမြှင့်သင့်သည်»။
