Kośārtha-Rājadharma: Ethical Revenue Collection and Social Regulation (कोशार्थ-राजधर्मः)
अल्पेनाल्पेन देयेन वर्धमानं प्रदापयेत् ततो भूयस्ततो भूय: क्रमवृद्धि समाचरेत्
alpenālpena deyena vardhamānaṃ pradāpayet | tato bhūyas tato bhūyaḥ kramavṛddhi samācaret ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်– «အခွန်ကို စတင်ကောက်ယူရာတွင် အနည်းငယ်စီ၊ တဖြည်းဖြည်း ပေးဆောင်စေ၍၊ ထိုအလေ့အထ တည်ငြိမ်လာမှသာ အပြည့်အဝ ကောက်ယူရမည်။ ထို့နောက်လည်း အချိန်နှင့်အညီ အဆင့်ဆင့် တိုးမြှင့်သင့်ပြီး၊ ပြည်သူတို့အပေါ် ရုတ်တရက် ဖိစီးသည့် ဝန်ထုပ်ဝန်ပိုး မဖြစ်စေရ»။
