Kośārtha-Rājadharma: Ethical Revenue Collection and Social Regulation (कोशार्थ-राजधर्मः)
सर्वे तथानुजीवेयुर्न कुर्यु: कर्म चेदिह । सर्व एव इमे लोका न भवेयुरसंशयम्
sarve tathānujīveyur na kuryuḥ karma ced iha | sarva eva ime lokā na bhaveyur asaṁśayam ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်—ဤလောက၌ လူတို့ကို အလုပ်မလုပ်ဘဲ ထိုသို့ (တောင်းစားခြင်းဖြင့်သာ) အသက်မွေးခွင့်ပေးလျှင် မည်သူမျှ လုပ်ငန်းကိစ္စ မပြုတော့။ ထိုသို့ဖြစ်လျှင် ဤလောကများ—လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ရပ်လုံး—သည် သံသယမရှိ ပျက်စီးမည်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။
