न केनचिद् याचितव्य: कश्रित्किज्चिदनापदि । इति व्यवस्था भूतानां पुरस्तान्मनुना कृता
na kenacid yācitavyaḥ kaścit kiñcid anāpadi | iti vyavasthā bhūtānāṃ purastān manunā kṛtā ||
ဘိဿမက မိန့်ကြားသည်—အခက်အခဲမရှိသောအချိန်၌ မည်သူမျှ မည်သူ့ထံမှ မည်သည့်အရာကိုမျှ မတောင်းသင့်။ သက်ရှိအပေါင်းတို့အတွက် ဤစည်းကမ်းကို မနုက ရှေးကာလကတည်းက ချမှတ်ခဲ့သည်—သာမန်ဘဝကို အားကိုးမှုမဟုတ်ဘဲ ကိုယ်တိုင်ထိန်းချုပ်မှုနှင့် ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာက ဦးဆောင်စေရန်၊ လိုအပ်မှုရှိမှသာ တောင်းဆိုခြင်းကို ခွင့်ပြုရန် ဖြစ်သည်။
