Varaha Purana 166.5 — Adhyaya 166, Shloka 5

The Greatness of the Sacred Pond Called Asikuṇḍa

प्रतिगृह्य च तत्सर्वं तमुवाच स नारदः ॥ पितुर्ह्यनृणतां गत्वा स पुत्रो धर्मभाग्भवेत् ॥

pratigṛhya ca tat sarvaṁ tam uvāca sa nāradaḥ || pitur hy anṛṇatāṁ gatvā sa putro dharmabhāg bhavet ||

Setelah menerima semuanya, Nārada berkata kepadanya: “Hanya setelah bebas daripada hutang kewajiban terhadap ayah, barulah seorang anak menjadi layak mendapat bahagian dalam dharma.”
