तपसस्तप एवाग्र्यं व्रतानां व्रतमुत्तमम् ॥ दानानामुत्तमं दानं निधीनां ह्येतदक्षयम्
tapasas tapa evāgryaṃ vratānāṃ vratam uttamam || dānānām uttamaṃ dānaṃ nidhīnāṃ hy etad akṣayam
Dalam kalangan tapa, inilah tapa yang paling utama; dalam kalangan vrata, inilah vrata yang tertinggi. Dalam kalangan dana, inilah dana yang terbaik; dan dalam kalangan khazanah, inilah sesungguhnya yang tidak binasa.
