Transliteration

kārtikyāṃ caiva vaiśākhyāṃ māsamekamupoṣayet | daityasūdanamadhyasthaḥ samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ

Translation

Pada bulan Kārttika dan juga Vaiśākha, hendaklah seseorang berpuasa selama sebulan penuh, tinggal di hadapan Daityasūdana (Viṣṇu), dengan śraddhā yang benar.
