ऋषिभिश्च यदा दृष्टा गंगा मीनयुता शुभा । दृष्टमात्रास्तु ते मत्स्यास्त्रिनेत्रत्वमुपागताः
ṛṣibhiśca yadā dṛṣṭā gaṃgā mīnayutā śubhā | dṛṣṭamātrāstu te matsyāstrinetratvamupāgatāḥ
Dan apabila para ṛṣi melihat Gaṅgā yang suci lagi bertuah, bersama ikan-ikan, maka ikan-ikan itu—dengan sekadar terlihat—mencapai keadaan bermata tiga.
