तेषां या नायिकास्तास्त्वं रूपैस्तैस्तैरवस्थिता । दिवसोऽहं महादेवि रजनी त्वं निगद्यसे
teṣāṃ yā nāyikāstāstvaṃ rūpaistaistairavasthitā | divaso'haṃ mahādevi rajanī tvaṃ nigadyase
Di antara mereka, apa pun ratu pemimpin atau kuasa penguasa yang ada—engkaulah itu, bersemayam dalam pelbagai rupa. Akulah siang, wahai Mahādevī; engkau dinyatakan sebagai malam.
