Skanda (deduced from continuity of tīrtha instruction)
Tirtha: Sarva-tīrtha (collective ideal)
Type: kshetra
Listener: null
Scene: A pilgrim seated in meditation, eyes half-closed, envisioning distant mountains, rivers, and temples as luminous icons; a subtle map-like mandala of tīrthas hovering in the mind-space.
When physical travel is impossible, sincere mental approach and remembrance of tīrthas is affirmed as a dharmic substitute.
The verse speaks generally of all tīrthas, within the Prabhāsa Māhātmya framework that encourages pilgrimage centered on Prabhāsa.
Practice mānasa-gamana—mentally ‘going’ to difficult tīrthas with heartfelt intent.
