पूर्णे वर्षसहस्रे तु चतुर्थे वरवर्णिनि । तुतोष भगवान्रुद्रो वाक्यं चेदमुवाच ह
pūrṇe varṣasahasre tu caturthe varavarṇini | tutoṣa bhagavānrudro vākyaṃ cedamuvāca ha
Apabila genap selesai tempoh seribu tahun yang keempat, wahai yang berwajah elok, Bhagavān Rudra pun berkenan lalu bersabda demikian.
