Type: kshetra
Listener: Varānanā (addressed as ‘O fair-faced one’ in the verse)
Scene: After issuing commands, the Lord dissolves from sight at the very spot; the Moon, previously dim, brightens in the sky, bathing the coastal shrine and ocean in renewed silver light.
Divine grace restores what is diminished; sincere turning to Śiva leads to renewal and auspiciousness.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra, where Soma’s lost brilliance is regained.
No direct prescription; it reports the fruit (radiance restored) resulting from the divine instruction and forthcoming rites.
