विदितं तु महाभाग शप्तोहं येन कर्मणा । कुरुष्वानुग्रहं दक्ष मम दीनस्य याचतः
viditaṃ tu mahābhāga śaptohaṃ yena karmaṇā | kuruṣvānugrahaṃ dakṣa mama dīnasya yācataḥ
Wahai yang amat berbahagia, telah diketahui olehku kerana perbuatan apakah aku disumpah. Wahai Dakṣa, kurniakanlah anugerah—kasihanilah aku yang hina ini, yang sedang merayu.
