Para pelindung lembu, para pedagang, para tukang dan penghibur, serta mereka yang dianggap ‘boleh disentuh’ namun hina kedudukannya, dan juga para pemakan riba—orang-orang demikian, walaupun lahir sebagai brāhmaṇa, hendaklah diperlakukan seperti śūdra dalam hal tata upacara.
