तारकेण सुरश्रेष्ठ स्वर्गान्निर्वासिता वयम् । स्वयमिन्द्रः समभवद्वसवोऽन्ये तथा कृताः
tārakeṇa suraśreṣṭha svargānnirvāsitā vayam | svayamindraḥ samabhavadvasavo'nye tathā kṛtāḥ
“Oleh Tāraka, wahai yang terbaik antara para dewa, kami telah dihalau keluar dari syurga. Dia sendiri telah menjadi Indra, dan para Vasu yang lain pun dipaksa tunduk kepada perintahnya.”
