Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 73

लोकमध्ये कृतं हास्यमिह चैव विगर्हितः । यद्येष ते स्थितो भावस्तिष्ठ देव नमोऽस्तु ते

lokamadhye kṛtaṃ hāsyamiha caiva vigarhitaḥ | yadyeṣa te sthito bhāvastiṣṭha deva namo'stu te

Di tengah dunia engkau telah menjadi bahan ketawa, dan di sini pun engkau dicela. Jika demikianlah sikap yang tetap dalam dirimu, maka tinggallah sebagaimana adanya, wahai Deva—sembah sujud kepadamu.
