इति दत्ते तदा शाप ऋषीणां च महात्मनाम् । गौरीं प्रसादयामासुस्ते च सर्वे सुरेश्वराः
iti datte tadā śāpa ṛṣīṇāṃ ca mahātmanām | gaurīṃ prasādayāmāsuste ca sarve sureśvarāḥ
Demikianlah, setelah sumpahan itu diucapkan terhadap para ṛṣi yang berhati agung, semua penguasa dalam kalangan dewa memohon untuk menenangkan dan memperkenan Dewi Gaurī.
