atra sthitamidaṃ liṃgaṃ yo'smākaṃ pūjayiṣyati | sa nūnaṃ me gaṇo bhūtvā matsakāśamupeṣyati
“Sesiapa yang memuja Liṅga ini, yang ditegakkan di sini sebagai milik Kami, pasti akan menjadi salah seorang gaṇa-Ku dan datang menghadap hadirat-Ku.”
Śiva (Īśvara)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-liṅga (specific name not given in verse)
Type: temple
Listener: The devotee lady (and, by extension, future pilgrims)
Scene: Śiva indicates a liṅga ‘established here’ and declares its worshippers will become his gaṇas and attain his presence; the liṅga shrine becomes the visual center, with Śiva’s gesture sanctifying it.
Devotional worship (pūjā) leads to intimate belonging with Śiva—service, proximity, and liberation-oriented grace.
The liṅga established ‘here’ in Prabhāsa-kṣetra, identified in the chapter as Paulomīśvara.
Pūjā (worship) of the liṅga; the stated fruit is attaining Śiva’s gaṇa-status and nearness.
