दुर्वासा उवाच । मामपृष्ट्वा जलं यस्मात्पीतवत्यसि रुक्मिणी । तस्मात्पानरता नित्यं भविष्यसि न संशयः

durvāsā uvāca | māmapṛṣṭvā jalaṃ yasmātpītavatyasi rukmiṇī | tasmātpānaratā nityaṃ bhaviṣyasi na saṃśayaḥ

Durvāsā berkata: “Wahai Rukmiṇī, kerana engkau meminum air tanpa meminta izin daripadaku, maka engkau akan sentiasa terikat pada perbuatan minum; tiada keraguan.”
