निजांगमलमादाय यादृग्रूपं सुरेश्वरि । करिष्यसि न सन्देहस्तादृगेव भविष्यति

nijāṃgamalamādāya yādṛgrūpaṃ sureśvari | kariṣyasi na sandehastādṛgeva bhaviṣyati

Wahai Ratu para dewa, setelah mengambil kekotoran dari anggota tubuhmu sendiri, apa jua rupa yang engkau bentuk—tanpa syak—itulah juga rupa yang akan terjelma.
