यस्माद्भीष्म त्वया त्यक्ता कामार्ताहं सुदुर्मते । तस्मात्तव वधायाशु भविष्यामि पुनः क्षितौ

yasmādbhīṣma tvayā tyaktā kāmārtāhaṃ sudurmate | tasmāttava vadhāyāśu bhaviṣyāmi punaḥ kṣitau

Oleh kerana aku, yang menderita akibat keinginan, telah disisihkan olehmu, wahai Bhīṣma—si bodoh—maka, demi membunuhmu, aku akan segera dilahirkan semula di bumi.
