nighnanto vā śapanto vā dviṣanto vā dvijātayaḥ | namaskāryā mahīpāla tathāpi svahitecchunā | gurureṣa punarmānyastava pārthivasattama
Nārada berkata: “Walaupun golongan dua-kali-lahir (brahmana) memukul, menyumpah, atau membenci, mereka tetap wajib diberi salam hormat, wahai raja—lebih-lebih lagi oleh orang yang menginginkan kesejahteraan dirinya. Guru ini hendaklah engkau muliakan kembali, wahai sebaik-baik pemerintah.”
