सूत उवाच । तत्रास्ति निर्झरः पूर्वं सामान्यो द्विजसत्तमाः । अवधूतो धरापृष्ठे माहात्म्येन व्यवस्थितः
sūta uvāca | tatrāsti nirjharaḥ pūrvaṃ sāmānyo dvijasattamāḥ | avadhūto dharāpṛṣṭhe māhātmyena vyavasthitaḥ
Sūta berkata: Dahulu ada sebuah mata air di sana, biasa sahaja, wahai Brahmana yang utama; namun di bumi ini ia menjadi mulia—tegak kerana kemuliaannya yang tersingkap.
