Tirtha: Dvārakā (as the kṣetra being established/affirmed in this passage)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Indra (Sahasrākṣa) stands with folded hands before Vāsudeva; the Lord grants assurance: return to heaven to rule, and at the destined time you will behold Me here as in Śvetadvīpa.
Worldly duty (ruling with dharma) and divine encounter (darśana) are harmonized; the Lord remains accessible at the tīrtha when the right time comes.
The ‘here’ (atra)—the tīrtha-lake where Bhagavān abides; it is also compared in sanctity to Śvetadvīpa.
No detailed rite; it instructs Indra to return to his dharmic governance, with assurance of future darśana at the tīrtha.
