tato'gastyaḥ kṛtānandaḥ svāgataṃ te mahāmune | manoratha ivādhyāto yo'gnikāryāṃta āgataḥ
Lalu Agastya, dipenuhi sukacita, berkata: “Selamat datang, wahai Mahāmuni! Engkau tiba pada penghujung upacara api-ku, bagaikan hasrat yang dikasihi tiba-tiba tertunai.”
Agastya
Dharma is expressed through timely hospitality—receiving the guest respectfully after completing sacred duties.
The broader chapter belongs to a tīrtha-māhātmya context in Nāgarakhaṇḍa; this verse highlights ritual decorum rather than a named site.
Agni-kārya (a fire-rite) is mentioned, implying regulated worship and proper sequencing before greeting the guest.
