“Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Atri. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Vasiṣṭha. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Kaśyapa. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Bharadvāja. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Gautama. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Kauśika. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Jamadagni. Oṃ, sembah sujud kepada Arundhatī.”—inilah mantra pemujaan. “Wahai para ṛṣi, yang tubuhnya disucikan oleh puteri Jahnu (Gaṅgā) dan memegang mālā japa: terimalah arghya yang kupersembahkan—wahai pemberi segala hajat yang diingini.”
