एवं महोत्सवे तत्र वर्तमाने महोदये । आगतो बहुभिः सार्धमहं यौवनगर्वितः

evaṃ mahotsave tatra vartamāne mahodaye | āgato bahubhiḥ sārdhamahaṃ yauvanagarvitaḥ

Ketika perayaan agung itu sedang berlangsung—saat yang amat mujarab dan penuh keberkatan—aku tiba di sana bersama ramai yang lain, dengan hati membusung oleh keangkuhan masa muda.
